ob Duties ▪ Achieves manufacturing staff results by communicating job outputs; scheduling, checking, instructing, advising, and correcting employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures. ▪ Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of workers who assemble furniture and fixtures of any materials, operate assembly tools and finish furniture to specified color or finish. ▪ Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other departments. ▪ Resolve work problems and recommend work measures to improve productivity and product quality. ▪ Preparing Fabric form and submit to production.
