LMS: Be familiar with all aspects of LMS to capture the entire learning journey from end to end. For example, upload content, assign courses, extract learning reports and make dashboards to reflect learning progress etc. Work closely with Shoexpress Ops team to continually improve Shoexpress learning culture as reflected by number of courses assigned and completed Work closely with Corporate L&D team to ensure Shoexpress employees have a seamless LMS experience, highlighting issues as arise and ensuring resolutions happen quickly. Be the champion for all territories when it comes to LMS, driving all activities for SM related learning. Supporting the KSA learning team as and when needed
