Support to plan the training calendar along with Regional HR head and the business heads.
Support to track learning and development budgets and present reports on a regular basis to the management
Support to measure the ROI of training in the territory to show tangible benefits
Benchmarking best practices in training and inculcating same in coordination with the Regional HR manager
Training Delivery & Administration
Provide inputs to the training content development team to help design training content (internally administered) in line with territory/ functional requirements to ensure effective and high quality delivery of training to employees
Responsible to support the line manager in formulating the annual and monthly training calendars for the territory
