Complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
– Ensure availability of stock by maintaining inventories.
– Maintain record and issuance of job order and submission of the same to accounts department after completion.
– Maintain store area in good condition.
– Keep proper records of all the stock issued and returned in real time.
– Carry out monthly inventory every month.
– Inspect the Quantity of goods and match it with as per on invoice.
– Maintain finished goods sheet with GRN from production supervisor.
– Issuing raw materials to production as per job order
