Ensure customer is proactively greeted and welcomed as they arrive. •Inquire about and assess customer requirements and needs. •Manage and maintain an overview of the capacity of the showroom and service lobby at all times. •Cooperate with and support showroom and service reception staff at all times. •Assign customer(s) to relevant Sales Advisor/Product Expert/Service Advisor or one of the relevant pools if no appointment.
