Urgently looking for Sous Chef for our client into Healthy food Industry in Dubai. The Sous Chef is responsible for continental food including Mexican and/or Italians and to cook quality food in accordance with company standards. Based in our central kitchen (Dubai Investment Park), and reporting to the Junior Head Chef, the prospective candidate would be responsible for ensuring high levels of food preparation in order to deliver high quality food. He is also responsible to assist with food cost controls.It is necessary for the prospective candidate to have at least 3-4 years of experience in similar capacity preferably from a healthy background, though not essential.
