Customer Service & Call Center (Key Role):
• Managing the Customer Calls / visits (if any).
• Following the customer service guidelines and procedures.
• If needed providing accurate information to the customer / clients.
• Analyzing and developing of customer service procedures.
• Coordinating with the call center team and managing if there is any issue.
• Coordinating with the IT team, in case of any servers’ issues.
• Providing Weekly status and reports to the Line Manager.
• Ensuring and overcoming all the challenges faced.
• Maintaining documentation pertaining to customer/clients.
Education and other qualification required:
• Bachelor’s or equivalent degree.
• 5 or plus years of experience in same profile.
• Should have team management experience.
• Worked on CRM or similar tools.
