Service engineer must be able to work independently with little supervision, must be able to manage service calls that require more time than anticipated without becoming frustrated or rushing through a job. They must also possess superb customer service skills and an ability to diagnose and solve problems from non-technical descriptions provided by their customers.
Maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and Customers by treating people with dignity and respect and taking pride in the appearance of the Centre and yourself
Place goods and materials in to storage and participate in stock routines as directed
Diagnose Customer needs by listening, responding and explaining to Customers
Understand and adhere to the Company’s policies
