· Establish an internal communications strategy in conjunction with senior managers.
· Ensure organisational initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to employees and stakeholders in creative ways.
· Plan, write, edit and create content for a variety of internal communications mediums – working with art directors and graphic designers.
· Focus on the Group’s social media to build a strong employer branding.
· Deliver and drive the Group’s refreshed Landmark Happiness Movement and programmes surrounding its pillars.
· Draft messages or scripts and assist videos and podcasts from leaders and senior executives.
· Ensure internal communications messages are consistent across all mediums
