Call customers 2-3 days before day of delivery to get confirmation before deliveries are send out ,& maintain a record for the same.
Supervise pending connection and coordinate with teams involved in this process.
Ensure successful completion of day to day deliveries as per plan/schedule without complaint and achieve customer satisfaction.
Communicate efficiently with key stakeholders (Customer, Customer care Centre, Store, Delivery crew) at transactional level to achieve the above objective.
Update Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System for all transactions in a timely fashion & periodic follow ups until the issue is resolved.
Delivery Order (DO) modification at invoice, team & truck level as per requirement, & DO closure on same day if Proof of Delivery Device usage is hindered
