• Candidates should have a working experience as a receptionist cum secretary with minimum of 2 years.
• Highschool Diploma
• Handling all admin and secretarial responsibilities.
• Handling all incoming calls from the customers
• Handling customer complaints
• Petty cash custodian.
• Collecting payments from the customers
• Maintain company documents and records ensuring all files are up to date
• Excellent writing, such as email, memo and different kind of business letter
• Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel)
• Excellent in communication skills
