We are currently looking for candidates who are ready to work in a multitasking position. An ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering the job as secretary and in addition also assist on basic account related activities like LPO, invoices, payments, courier etc. An ideal candidate should possess the below skill sets:
• 2 year’s work experience in UAE.
• Ability to handle reception and basic financial task.
• Good in MS –office particularly in Excel.
• Time and people management skills
• Ability to handle pressure
• Strong Secretarial background and good exposure so as to implement all new practices.
• Experience in handling basic financial activities like petty cash, LPO, invoices, courier etc.
