We are looking to hire a Restaurant Supervisor (Floor Incharge) to oversee the day-to-day operations.
Must have at least 1 year of experience.
Oversee all front and back of the house restaurant operations
Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service; respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally
Maintain quality control for all food served
Analyze staff evaluations and feedback to improve the customer’s experience
Project future needs for goods, kitchen supplies, and cleaning products; order
Ensures that guests receive quality service by providing work direction for restaurant staff
Greets and seats guests, and makes sure that they receive prompt, courteous and efficient service
