Research and acquire clients on a consistent basis through daily phone calls, e-mails, professional networking platforms etc. – Keep prospective client database updated. – Search the labor market and identify potential clients. – Conduct introductory meetings with corporates in order to secure businesses. – Maintain strong relationship with clients and ensure high standards of service. – Maintain healthy business relationship between the team internally, and between the team and the external clients. – Prepare monthly business reports as assigned by the management. – Developing quotes and proposals. – Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person. – Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives. – Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
