Provide general administrative and clerical support, assisting other administrative staff in wide range of office duties, Receptionist, Secretaries, or other administrative assistants in performing their duties.
Answer telephone, e mail screen and direct calls, provide information to callers & take and relay messages.
Collecting and distributing couriers or parcels among employees and opening and sorting emails.
Cooperating with office staff to maintain proper interaction and a friendly environment within the office
Greet persons entering organization
Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization
Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
