Job Responsibilities: – Prepare invoices for the Customs Department of daily basis for all deliveries. – Custom clearance for outgoing and incoming delivery. – Preparing the letter and needed paper for outgoing and incoming material. – Preparing RAK Chamber documents and deal with RAK Chamber for export. – Process the Certification of Origin for export certificate. – Monitor vehicle maintenance and coordinate with maintenance agent. – RAK Traffic and Police Dept. for vehicle renewal and accidents. – Vehicle’s insurances, registration renewal. – Prepare purchase order local and foreign. – Do the suppliers inquiry regarding raw materials, parts and other materials needed for production & maintenance. – Check the daily stock position levels of finished goods, raw materials
