POSITION TITLE : Project Secretary
REPORTS TO : Project Manager
POSITION PURPOSE : To handle various secretarial and administrative activities, keeping in mind
the standard requirements.
• Maintaining project related correspondence in both hard and soft copies for ready reference by
concerned project personnel.
• Provide administrative and secretarial support as required by project team members such as document
scanning, faxing, and email correspondence.
• Liaising with other company departments for project related issues.
• Handle petty cash for urgent requirements and forward expense claims for project team.
• Travel arrangements for offshore job, business travel and staff leave.
• Liaise with personnel department for recruitment and pro for visa.
