Job Description • Deliver store design in accordance with the Brand Design Guideline • Manage deferent stages of design process from conceptual design to technical execution • Coordinate with Landlord and leasing department for LOD, Design criteria, survey and other technical queries. • Coordinate with stakeholders for the operational requirements like Sales FloorTrading Requirements / Back of House Operational Requirements to prepare the initial design proposal. • Responsible for working in collaboration with stakeholders to ensure all the design proposals are of a high quality and detail and make sure to get them approved. • Coordination with external consultants and suppliers for lighting, shopfitting and signages etc. • Submit and present Concept design to respective Landlords
