Responsible for all activities of product development and deployment - define requirements, write user stories, solve problems, make decisions during development, and lead ongoing improvements. Accountable for the roadmap that guides and monitors the development and launch plan for all products (websites/applications). Key translator of business requirements to the tech development team and ensuring these are well understood and translated to end product in line with business direction and aligned to project plan. Responsible for User Acceptance Testing before the product goes to the business for final Go/No Go.
