Manage backlogs, agile iterations, and plan feature releases / bug fixes for every Scheduled / Unscheduled Rollout (Hands on JIRA Software experience required to be an owner of core projects) Tracking & Assigning action to junior team members based on Project discussions and Deliverables Creating Standard Operating Procedures for the assigned Project (excellent documentation skills required) Serve as a main point of contact for any clarifications from the Business Stakeholders and align them with the Tech Partner wherever required Ensure timely delivery of assigned projects in collaboration with Tech Partner and Internal & External Stakeholders Excellent Communication skills are required to be able to manage cross-functional teams and Tech Partners on various projects.
