1. Post Graduate / Graduate with at least 3 years of experience as a Process analyst preferably in automation processes. 2. Meeting with stake holders to discuss areas of focus and improvement within the business. 3. Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions. 4. Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies. 5. Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
