Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with business correspondence and phone calls.
Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager.
Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and business correspondence.
Monitoring a reporting manager’s email and responding if required.
Preparing communications on behalf of a manager.

Bachelor’s degree from Recognized University
Minimum 1 years of UAE Experience.
A personal assistant must be efficient in Microsoft Office, as well as have strong computer and administrative skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize schedules. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
