The job holder will be responsible for managing the strategy, initiatives & success of the Landmark Happiness Movement, designing the employee engagement strategy, running and analyzing employee engagement surveys, supporting talent management initiatives. Moreover, the role will manage the centralised grievance handling helpdesk for the Retail & Hospitality business and conduct key investigations.
