Key Duties & Responsibilities  Establish professional relationships with assigned customers, and develop influential relationships with Directors, Regulatory, Operations, and Marketing.  Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs and strategic objectives on an ongoing basis.  Proactively lead the account mapping and planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones.  Independently prospect for new customers within assigned territory.  Achieve personal sales targets for the Group’s services and ensure the department achieves its set targets.  Collaborate with the appropriate internal staff regarding key client needs in order to meet account performance objectives and customer expectations.  Meet assigned targets
