Oversee the shipping and delivery of materials within the country and coordinate closely with Admin and Sales, and Purchasing team (Imports and exports). – Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle. – Up to date knowledge of road, toll, customs etc. rules and regulations related to deliveries and responsible for any shortfalls relating to the loaded deliveries and vehicles being used. – Involve in managing the loading of trucks, setting up delivery routes and unloading of material and processing shipments. – Liaising and negotiating with carriers, suppliers, warehouses, purchasing department, custom brokers and others involved in the shipping and delivery of merchandise. – Schedule all shipments and deliveries i.e.: customers, inter-companies, suppliers, etc.
