Ensure consistency in the administration of HR guidelines and practices by coaching/advising management on effective ways to handle employee relations, performance management, employee engagement, reward and recognition and disciplinary issues Coordinate playbooks for annual HR activities such as compensation planning and open enrolment Communication with employees and managers Everyday communication with internal and external HR team Preparation of legal documents (salary agreements, deductions) Organizational tasks within the team
