2 to 3 years of kitchen experience in an upscale casual dining or fine dining environment

Excellent knowledge in food & safety
Restaurant and Kitchen Management experience.
Exceptional communication and organizational skills
Ability to draw upon invention, imagination, and originality in creating new dishes and menu items
The ability to interpret and manage recipes to ensure compliance and minimize waste
Ensure excellent operations in; Quality, Speed and Accuracy throughout each shift without supervision.
