Focuses on growing and developing existing key clients, together with generating new business; Conducts monthly and seasonal business reviews with key accounts Works with brand/category function to develop accurate and realistic go-to-market plans, seasonal assortments, forecasts and scenario plans Maintains and manages relationship with the assigned key accounts to ensure provision of continuous support Manages existing key customers/ accounts in order to meet objectives of retention and further account development; develops retention strategies for key customers Promotes high-quality customer experience and satisfaction by ensuring exceptional services is provided to customers at all times Generates and maintains sales forecasts for key accounts.
