Styling, design and delivery of new properties including liaison with homeowners, the portfolio development team and third-party contractors (eg suppliers/maintenance etc). Ensure that new properties are interior designed to a level of consistency and fit for individual units and presented in the best possible way Project management of the end-to-end process of fit-out to ensure that each unit is delivered on time and within agreed budgets Ensuring that each unit delivered into service is fully Guest Ready and is operationally flawless. Working on ad-hoc projects/activities as required.
