Enter and maintain orders and quotes.
Responds to customer service calls.
Answers customer inquiries.
Checks status of items on backorder through the system.
Contacts customers with status of backorders.
Expedite orders as requested.
Enters new customer data in the computer system.
Works with other departments to assist in generating the best customer experience.
Performs other duties as assigned related to customer service.
Perform duties to ISO procedures and regulation standards/specifications
Delivers exceptional customer service to the customers by responding to each request in a timely and courteous manner.
