Take full responsibility for updating the employee and HR & Immigration database to track and follow up ongoing activities. – Prepare all necessary documentation for the on boarding and off boarding of all employees and monitor to ensure tasks are completed within required timeframes. – Advise on related laws, restrictions and regulations, procedures and updates on government regulations and initiatives related to the UAE labour law and law governing the employees in the respective Jurisdiction. – Provide management with regular reports as agreed and make suggestions of relevant information to support the business. – Maintain HR personnel files, ensuring that all appropriate documents are stored securely, both electronically and in hard copy. – Research and choose job advertising options.
