– The HR Administrator will be responsible for hiring staff for the factory (blue collar hiring expert). – Assist with all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests. – Maintain both hard and digital copies of employees’ records; safekeeping of company documents. – Conducts the onboarding and off-boarding of employees. – Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas. – Perform orientations and update records of new staff. – Produce and submit reports on general HR activity. – Monitor and process daily activities.
