Workforce Planning:Support Group Talent Acquisition in developing the workforce plan in line with the business strategy/ budget and ensure timely submissions and approvals. Also make sure that resources are adequately provided as per the approved workforce plan. Recruitment: Responsible for screening, short-listing applicants at junior&middle tier positions, conduct interviews, and advice line managers on final outcome.Shortlist candidates to provide the best-suited talents as per the business needs. Also provide key support in ensuring implementation of all localization initiatives.
