Job description • Should be capable enough to lead a HR team consist of Recruitment Specialists & Document Controllers. • Handling the recruitment of Technical and Non-Technical positions for major clients. • End to end 360-degree recruitment process from sourcing to offer management including local interviews and screening candidates. • Involved in candidate trade test regarding the skills based on the requirements of various categories. • Drafting the job descriptions after discussions with the concerned department. • Should be ready to travelled & handled recruitment drives in different countries and identifying new market for sourcing. • Should Act as an advisor for business requirements to all the department heads.
