Managing and overseeing daily operations of the Concept - payroll, leave management and benefits
Resolving day to day operational queries from the employees.
Coordinate submission of monthly time & attendance records for office employees.
Manage employee recognition, reward & engagement activities in accordance with company policies
Managing payroll additions and deductions in coordination with the payroll team.
Administer the exit process for all voluntary and involuntary exits, including conducting exit interviews.
Receive employee complaints, suggestions and queries and make sure they have been handled
Assist with the onboarding process of new joiners including training with other departments, arranging
accesses, preparing documents
