Plans, directs, controls, coordinates and supervises the activities of all Housekeeping personnel and their functions within the Hotel and its premises. Ensures the efficient and courteous service to guests and maintains a high standard of cleanliness and sanitation in guest rooms, public areas and all other areas of responsibilities of the Housekeeping Department. · Coordinates, directs and supervises the functions of all Housekeeping personnel engaged in activities such as: · Cleaning and maintaining Hotel premises, · Storing and issuing Hotel linen and uniforms. · Ensures that all guest rooms, function rooms, public areas, hotel offices, back-of-the-house areas and their surroundings conform to the Hotel standards of cleanliness and orderliness.
