Prepare for, conduct, and assess the learning program as per the defined learning plan, session plan and COE processes and procedures. Deliver training in line with the Learning Plan and recommendations of the Learning Needs Analysis results. Facilitate information using a variety of instructional techniques and formats such as role plays, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos and presentations. Ensure that the learning and development methods meet with and integrate with organizational requirements for quality, health and safety, legal stipulations, environmental policies and general duty of care.
