Two (2) or more years’ experience in a similar position in a renowned international five-star hotel.
Industry experience: preferably in beauty, spa, hospitality, wellness
Experience in housekeeping, front office and training
Degree Holder from accredited educational institution, College or University
Bachelor’s degree in Tourism / Hotel Management or related field
To assist the management in planning, organizing and directing the overall operations and administration of the Front Office department while ensuring the highest standards of service in accordance with the prescribed ZOYA Wellbeing SOP manual.
To be able to advice and guide guests & visitors with any question or query. To provide outstanding customer care to all guests and assist the management
