Provides technical support and advise on day-to-day facilities management for the assigned property type (Retail or Commercial) to GMG’s stakeholders Assists in the plan and preparation of periodic forecasts of facilities operating budget, and identifies cost saving measures to reduce spending Manages all maintenance activities including but not limited to AC servicing, lift maintenance, painting, electrical systems, drainage, water treatment etc. for assigned property type (Retail or Commercial) and ensures that they are done regularly, timely and as per the desired quality level
