Ten (10) or more years of experience Facility & Maintenance Manager managing a large team with pre-opening experience.
Industry experience: preferably in beauty, spa, retail, hospitality, wellness or healthcare
Managed and directed all aspects associated with building and office maintenance, security, office furniture and equipment, facilities renovation and construction activities to include planning, cost estimating, budgeting, documentation and negotiating contracts as well as construction and maintenance monitoring and supervising work internal and external moves.
Oversee and manage routine & preventive maintenance tasks across all fields i.e. carpentry; electrical; heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC); plumbing, etc. for all facilities/units of the organization.
