Managing the Lastmile Operations for 5000+ orders/day Monitoring the end-end performance of 2-3 direct Hubs and 2-3 hybrid hubs. Should manage team of 100+ staff (Drivers/TLs/Associate/helpers) Daily end to end ops activities of the lastmile hub. Daily shipment recon and 100% closure Daily COD recon Close co-ordination with FC teams, CS, Finance for timely closure of any escalation Drive the required SLAs for forward and reverse. Controlling the cost and improve productivity. Alignment of Firstmile pickups from multiple FC and Linehaul connection to various destination. Timely NDR & CIR closure with 100% ownership. Managing the entire hub and roster planning for staff to ensure smooth operations 24x7. Identifying process gaps and closing them with new initiatives
