JOB DESCRIPTION • Making site visit and taking site measurement • Coordination for designs and drawings • Taking quantities from drawings • Knowledge of market rates • Prepare quote including specifications (Interior Fit-out and MEP) • Coordination with Sales / Client / Vendors • Coordination for Authority Approvals and inspection • Basic Safety and Site management Qualifications • Bachelor Graduate (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering) • Proficiency in English • Excellent knowledge of MS Office • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Excellent organization and planning skills to prioritize and balance work • Ability to lead others in the completion of a schedule, budget guidelines, and customer requirements • Good verbal communication skills • Attention to detail
