Support onboarding for internal or external staff, from the initial job offer acceptance, sharing welcome packages and enrollment materials, completing key onboarding activities and education, answering new hire inquiries to completion of the new employee onboarding process on SAP Success Factors. Provide guidance and advice to Human Capital Business Partners and Line Managers on onboarding and offboarding services, requirements, collective agreement language, labour relations interpretation, and organizational hiring, onboarding and offboarding practices. Create and utilize onboarding and offboarding checklists to guide staff through necessary actions and processes and solicits feedback from employees who are joining or exiting the organization
