We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service in our Liner Services team. The Job holder’s main responsibility shall be to provide customer service, by liaising and coordinating with our customers. You will be responsible to provide information about the vessel schedule, LNL circulars, follow up for bookings etc. whilst coordinating with LNL Commercial department for rate approvals / Rate agreement creation / approval etc.
What you’ll do:
Prepare B/L draft as per SI received from customers and forward the same to customer and obtain draft confirmation
Switch B/L co-ordination with customers/ POL offices and preparation of b/ls
Preparation and finalization of container wise b/l report
Updating ummqasr b/ls in Prime Maritime system (Docsys) and sending draft to customers
