– Conducting product promotion to existing and potential customers.
– Maintain proper documentation of complaint / request record.
– Resolving customer complaints regarding product sales to customer service problems over emails and phone calls.
– Identifying/Escalating priority issues and reporting to the higher-level management.
– Routing inbound calls to appropriate resources.
