●Creation of promotional email and push notifications across multiple concepts and territories in English and Arabic.
●Quality checks on campaigns, proofreading them for clarity, grammar and spelling. Copywriting when required.
●CRM subscriber growth strategy including data integration with Shukran, our loyalty card.
●You have at least 2 years of CRM experience ideally within a fast-paced reactive retail environment.
●Email marketing including HTML, CSS.
●1-2 years of experience working with marketing platforms and tools – MoEngage/Responsys/Google Analytics.
●Strong attention to detail.
●Fast learner – able to hit the ground running with minimal support.
●Excellent team player.
●Able to work independently.
●Degree in marketing or similar.
