The Client Relations Executive is responsible for enhancing and managing existing customers renewal experience.
Increase the company revenue by up-selling various products by displaying excellent sales and negotiation skills.
Proactively manage clients’ journey through renewal process
Maintain ongoing relationship with clients through quality contact and addressing problems
as they arise
Display a high degree of sales and negotiation skill whilst delivering exceptional customer
Prepare and counter-check list of companies in the pipeline for the current month and 2 months ahead
Draft and send personalised renewal communications in advance of renewal date
Follow up on payments on all unrenewed/AWOL clients
