– Cook food in a timely manner.
– Ensure appealing plate presentation.
– Monitor food stock and place orders.
– Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area.
– Must possess minimum 3 years of experience working as a Chef in a 4-Star or 5-Star Hotel.
– Hands-on experience with various kitchen equipment (e.g. grillers and pasta makers).
