We are looking for a Business Development Executive who preferably possesses experience in the field of recruitment and HR consultancy. Must have effective communication and negotiation skills.
– Research and acquire clients on a consistent basis through daily phone calls, e-mails, professional networking platforms etc.
– Keep prospective client database updated
– Search the labor market and identify potential clients.
– Conduct introductory meetings with corporates in order to secure businesses.
– Maintain strong relationship with clients and ensure high standards of service.
– Maintain healthy business relationship between the team internally, and between the team and the external clients.
