Research and identify potential clients – companies that are looking to hire new team members for white collar positions. – Build business relationships with potential clients by introducing them to our recruitment services and assisting with their queries. – Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients; closing sales and working with the client through the closing process. – Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans. – Maintain a sales pipeline and meet monthly & quarterly targets.
